- How much is the shipping?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS
- Does the shipping cost cover duties and taxes?
We do not charge customs duties or taxes to customers.
- When is my box shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
After placing your order, your box is immediately prepared and packed (within 3 business days) to be delivered to the courier. The courier will then send the box within 3-4 working weeks. The arrival time varies depending on the shipping method; we estimate the box will arrive in 3-4 weeks after the ship date.
- What countries do you ship to?
Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 problem and limited flights from Japan, we are unable to ship to all countries. Check here to see if your country is interested!
- Can you send the box if my country is not on the list?
If your country is not on the list, we are unfortunately unable to ship to you at this time.
- I need to change my shipping address.
To update your shipping address, simply contact our customer support with your order number and correct email address to update your shipping information. The change will be reflected within 24 hours on ALL your undelivered packages. (Please note that you must send the shipping information in the order you filled it for convenience).
- Do you provide tracking information?
You will receive the tracking link within the shipping confirmation email of your box.
- My box is missing an item or damaged / broken. That I have to do?
In the event that an item is damaged or missing, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to resolve your request. We require a photo of the damaged item with your shipment to expedite a resolution. The validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent. Any damage to the boxes or packaging of a product cannot be replaced if the content is not damaged.
Due to inventory changes, any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the box. Replacement items will be shipped in the next shipment once confirmed by the support agent. If we do not have the missing item in stock, the credit will be applied to your account.
- I made a mistake with my address information and never received my mailbox.
Unfortunately, this can happen when an address is incomplete or has been entered incorrectly by the buyer. If the box has been returned to us due to a shipping error on the part of the customer, we will ask you to pay the cost of reshipping.
Also, we can't return a box if we don't get it back. However, if the error has occurred on our part, we will ensure that you receive a new or returned box at no additional cost.
PAYMENT AND BILLING
- What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards. All payments are made through our secure checkout process and we will never share your details with third parties.
Prepaid gift cards and prepaid debit cards can also be processed, however approval issues may arise from time to time due to insufficient terms and balances. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that a prepaid cash card or gift card will always be approved, even with a visa attached. Be sure to check your prepaid balance before signing up if this payment option is the best for you.
- I am experiencing a payment error and I cannot subscribe.
A payment error can occur if your credit card has expired. or your balance is insufficient. Use credit cards with a valid expiration date.
